Welcome to our round up of all things Nebula for May, and apologies that it’s a been a bit delayed by race week. Normal service will resume at the end of this month. We’ve been a busy bunch, please have a read of everything that we’ve been up to.
CORE Webinar
With the weather getting hotter and more humid (even here in the UK) we were treated to an education session from the team at CORE. Heat and humidity are known to have a detrimental impact on performance, with even some of the worlds best pros meeting their downfall in races like Kona. In fact, roughly 80% of our energy is used to maintain our body temperature. A CORE sensor can be used to record our thermal vitals so that we can train our bodies to manage heat more effectively. Unfortunately we were unable to record this webinar, however please reach out to Dan if you’d like some more information on CORE.
