At Nebula we believe in an individual, athlete-centred approach to coaching. Understanding and building relationships with each athlete is paramount to bringing a bespoke and tailored plan to help them reach their triathlon goals.
For most, triathlon is just one aspect of each athlete’s life; whilst training can be challenging at times, the underlying foundation still needs to be fun and enjoyable to help you get the most out of yourself.
Education and learning through the coaching process are essential. We don’t just want our athletes to know the ‘why’ for each session; we aim to help each individual understand how their body responds to training and use this to their advantage when building up to a race.
Our coaches are here to help you. Each coach offers a different approach to coaching, and we will work with you to find the best fit for you from our team depending on what your triathlon goals are.
